Industrial Chillers for Storing Chemicals
GCI Refrigeration Technologies is a leader in the design and manufacture of quality industrial chillers for chemicals. Since 1965, we've helped our customers customize chillers to their exact specifications. During our decades of experience, we've acquired the knowledge needed to build units of a high standard.
Chillers for Chemicals
If your chemical applications require the use of chillers, we offer customizable options to fit your needs. Our DH Series Icewagon™ heavy-duty industrial chillers are durable and reliable in a wide range of capacities, and our extra-low-temperature industrial chillers provide cooling down to -75°F. Both chiller types are available in air-condensing and water-condensing formats, and they can be customized with additional features. Though these features will vary based on the product and its application, they include the following:
- Outdoor and split systems
- Special paint
- Special currents
- Explosion proof Class 1 Div 1 and 2
The Types of Chemicals That Are Stored in Chillers
In many situations, the processing of fine, commodity, and specialty chemicals requires the use of industrial chillers to maintain safety and efficiency. When products require temperatures that are beyond human capacity, chillers should be used to keep plant personnel safe while streamlining the process of storage and transportation. From the pharmaceutical industry to paint factories, our custom-built chillers can help you increase your productivity and adhere to safety guidelines by providing effective cooling for chemicals. As an added precaution, our cooling towers and fluid coolers can also help keep your equipment and facility at safe temperatures.
At GCI Refrigeration Technologies, we're dedicated to the production of durable, cost-effective chillers for chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and other related applications.
